President, CEO
Ray is the president and CEO of Mid Hudson Construction Management. As the third generation in a family line of construction professionals, Ray has over 25 years of experience in the industry. His passion for design and execution has served as the foundation for the solutions-based company model that sets MHCM apart. Ray oversees business operations and management functions across the company, including risk management, business strategy, and organizational development. He also serves as a liaison between project management teams and multi-million-dollar client accounts to field mission-critical issues and ensure project success. As a Hudson Valley native, Ray is most passionate about ensuring MHCM’s role as an upstanding leader in the communities it builds in. He works closely with several nonprofits, including Abilities First, Rebuilding Together, and the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. Ray is also a member of the Associated General Contractors of New York State as well as the Dutchess County Regional Chamber of Commerce. He is a past recipient of CECO Building System’s Builder of the Year award. He studied architecture and engineering at the University of Buffalo.
Vice President, COO
Scott is the vice president and COO of Mid Hudson Construction Management. Scott is the third generation in a family line of construction professionals and has over 20 years of experience in the field. Upon taking the helm of MHCM alongside Ray, Scott’s expertise was essential in managing and building a multi-million dollar construction firm from the ground up. His leadership in implementing strategic initiatives to enhance the company’s growth has resulted in improved revenue significantly year-over-year. Scott has also spearheaded organizational development and recruiting efforts to facilitate business transformation and development. He recruited, managed, and developed teams of 50+ construction laborers and professionals by establishing a strong work culture centered on collaboration and employee engagement. In addition, Scott’s hands-on expertise and in-depth knowledge of supply chains are evident in the company’s preplanning and scheduling efficiencies, which have contributed to MHCM’s reputation for on-time project completions. Scott serves as a board member for the Hudson Valley Economic Development Corporation, where, as a Hudson Valley native, he aims to keep a pulse on economic changes in the area and innovate ways to meet community needs.
