Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 2, 2026
Mid Hudson Construction Management ("MHCM," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through our website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We've kept it straightforward, the same way we run our projects: clear expectations and no surprises. Your use of the site is also governed by our Terms and Conditions.
Information we collect
We collect the information you choose to share with us, along with basic technical data needed to run the site.
Information you give us
When you contact us about a project, we ask for your name, email address, phone number, the type of project you're reaching out about, your role, and details about your project. When you apply for a position through our careers form, we ask for your name, email address, and a message about your experience and the role you're interested in.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our site and its hosting provider automatically receive standard technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, and the pages you view. We use this data to deliver, secure, and maintain the site.
How we use your information
We use your information to respond to project inquiries, prepare estimates and proposals, review employment applications, follow up on your request, and improve our website and services. We do not sell your personal information, and we don't use it for purposes unrelated to why you shared it.
How we share information
We share information only when it's needed to get the work done. That includes trusted service providers who host our website, process form submissions, or support our operations, and who are expected to protect your information. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.
Cookies and third-party services
Our website is hosted on Webflow and loads some features, such as image sliders and animations, from third-party content delivery networks. These providers may receive technical data like your IP address and may use cookies or similar technologies that the site needs to function. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as intended.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the reason it was collected, such as responding to your inquiry, managing a project, or considering your application, or as long as the law requires. When we no longer need it, we delete it or store it securely.
How we protect information
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information you share with us. No method of sending or storing data online is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security, but we take protecting your information seriously.
Your rights and choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you've shared with us, or to stop contacting you. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law. To make a request, contact us using the details below and we'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Links to other websites
Our site may link to other websites, such as social media pages, news coverage, or partner organizations. We aren't responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, so we encourage you to review their policies.
Children's privacy
Our website is intended for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has shared information with us, contact us and we'll delete it.
