Director of Business Development
The Director of Business Development is responsible for leading all aspects of the sales process, including systematic prospect targeting, and development of opportunity-specific sales strategy, and responsible for the full life cycle of the sales process. A growth leader who supports the efforts of the company through direct prospecting, networking, attendance, and participation with various industries, professional groups, and networking associations.
Assistant Project Manager
The Assistant Project Manager reports to and is responsible for assisting the Project Manager and/or Senior Project Manager with the daily management, supervision, coordination, and successful completion of the project(s) to meet time and cost objectives with respect to contracting, scheduling, estimating, bidding, and contract administration functions.
Heavy Equipment Operator
MHCM is looking for an experienced heavy equipment operator to work with our site division. The heavy equipment operator’s duties include preparing and manipulating heavy equipment to ensure the appropriate movement of materials and liaising with coworkers to ensure that the projects are completed accurately. You will be required to conduct your duties in a safe, diligent manner always.
To ensure success as a heavy equipment operator, you should monitor workflow, suggesting alterations to enhance productivity, as needed.
Project Manager
MHCM is looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to plan and supervise a wide range of construction projects from start to finish. You will organize and oversee construction procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
A qualified candidate must be well-versed in all construction methodologies and procedures and able to coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve the best results. The ideal candidate will have an analytical mind and great organizational skills.
Estimator
The position of Estimator consists of being responsible for all facets of Estimating including attend pre-bid walk through’s, perform quality take offs on materials, assuring accurate take offs, review RFI’s and proposals when received for compliance with plans and specifications including unit prices, alternates, acknowledgment of addendums, aid in pricing alternates and initiate value engineering ideas.
Site Superintendent
The Site Superintendent is responsible for the successful completion of the jobs given to them, which includes completing them on time, on budget, and maintaining a high level of quality, safety and professional communication. Site Superintendents work indoors and outdoors, sometimes in tight spaces, and must be able to adapt to conditions and circumstances.
Site Work Foreman
MHCM is looking for a site work laborer foreman to work with our site division. The site work laborer foreman’s duties are all geared toward directing working with a crew to maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient construction site while also supporting the overall project. You will be required to conduct your duties in a safe, diligent manner always.
Construction Laborer
- Operate a variety of hand and power tools, including drills, forklifts, skid loaders and other tools as directed by management.
- Clean and repair construction sites as needed, including erecting scaffolding, removing, and properly disposing of debris and waste materials, and digging trenches.
- Shovel materials to and from construction areas, including asphalt and dirt.
- Follow all safety procedures on the job site and report violations immediately to management.
- Maintain a safe and clean job site by handling materials and storing them properly, picking up and removing all tools and equipment when not in use, and securing the job site on a daily basis.
- Load and unload construction supplies from trucks, both manually and with the use of equipment.
- Report incidents immediately to Supervisor, Foreman, or HR in accordance with incident reporting procedures established by the company.
- Travel out of town to work on remote job sites as directed by management.
Site Work Laborer
MHCM is looking for a site work laborer to work with our site division. The site work laborer’s duties are all geared toward maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient construction site while also supporting the overall project. You will be required to conduct your duties in a safe, diligent manner always.
