A commercial apartment project takes shape with MHCM handling dual role of CM and GC

MHCM served as project manager and general contractor in the building and finishing of a 45-unit commercial apartment complex in Wappingers Falls, NY. This unique rental community was built on 6 ½ acres of newly developed grounds in an area with great local amenities. MHCM oversaw all aspects of construction and were responsible for delivery and installation of high-end furnishing, appliances and fittings including designer lighting, top-of-the line appliances, en suite master bathrooms, walk-in closets, on-site parking and storage units.
