Guiding a major renovation from planning to finish at a well-respected high school

For many organizations, the final step from plans to active construction can be a long one. Mid Hudson Construction Management was able to help Our Lady of Lourdes High School through the final planning stages as construction managers and achieve an excellent end result with our general contracting team.  

The project was extensive in size and complexity and involved comprehensive upgrades to the exterior envelope including new windows. On the interior, MHCM replaced antiquated and over-stretched fire prevention and public address systems. Finished renovation encompassed: new bathrooms, locker rooms, classroom, mud room, multi-purpose room, dance / music room, strength/ conditioning/treatment room, and ballroom. A corridor space was updated and renovated, and offices for the Athletic Director, Assistant AD. The treatment room included installation of a hydro tub and Gronk Fitness Equipment (named for football player Rob Gronkowski).
